NCSP is committed to providing ongoing education to perfusionists utilizing accomplished speakers in an engaging format at the lowest possible cost to our dedicated perfusionists.  Our society welcomes vendor participation at this event. A basic vendor sponosorship will provide you the opportunity to display information, meet with attendees, and set up an exhibition on Saturday of our conference weekend.  A table with an electrical outlet will be provided.  Signage, equipment, handouts, and demonstrations are welcomed. A prime sponsorship will provide you with an exhibition table, banners for your company on our website for a period of one year (May to May), recognition on NCSP social media accounts, as well as the inclusion of pamphlets, business cards, or handouts in our attendee packet, and the opportunity to submit a sponsored speaker within the meeting agenda (twenty-minute speaker slots).  The NCSP website is frequented by members and all registrants for the meeting will be required to register via the website.

Additional advertising/marketing opportunities are available. This year we are offering the potential to sponsor a breakfast morning session on Saturday and Sunday morning. This opportunity will be limited to two vendors, one each day, and will be awarded first-come, first-served.  For $2,500.00 the sponsor will have free range of the meeting room during breakfast service inclusive of the opportunity to display any signage or material, demonstrate equipment, and hand out materials, in addition to up to sixty minutes of speaker(s) with full AV support. Breakfast session sponsors will receive the above prime sponsorship benefits, a large banner advertisement on our website for a period of one year and recognition on NCSP social media accounts both at time of sponsorship and live updates during the meeting. The hotel has availability for Friday and Saturday evening receptions should you be interested in sponsoring such an event.
