Basic Sponsorship

A vendor fee of $1,000.00 covering a table to display information, meet with attendees, and set up an exhibition on Saturday of the conference weekend. A table with electrical outlet will be provided. Signage, equipment, handouts, and demonstrations are welcomed. This sponsorship includes either a 60 second banner or video promotion to be displayed virtually during session breaks. The virtual promotion must be provided by the sponsor. Basic sponsorship is discounted to $900 for vendors paying in full prior to May 31 of this year.

Prime Sponsorship
$1,500

A vendor fee of $1,500.00 includes exhibition table, banners for your company on our website for a period up to one year ending May 2023, recognition on NCSP social media accounts, and a sponsored speaker on the meeting agenda (twenty-minute speaker slots). The NCSP website is frequented by members and all registrants for the meeting will be required to register via the website. This sponsorship includes either a 60 second banner or video promotion to be displayed virtually during session breaks. The virtual promotion must be provided by the sponsor. Prime sponsorship is discounted to $1,200 for vendors paying in full prior to May 31 of this year.

A vendor fee of $2,500.00 includes recognition as a meal (breakfast or lunch) sponsor and have free range of the meeting room during the meal service inclusive of the opportunity to display any signage or material, demonstrate equipment, and hand out materials, in addition to up to sixty minutes of speaker(s) with full AV support. Anchor sponsors receive the above prime sponsorship benefits as well.
